Skills and experience

  • Previous consulting experience required
  • Experience in strategy, risk and/or technology and innovation

  • Solid understanding of Intellectual Property, Licensing, and Commercialization
  • Exceptional research, communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to write clearly and concisely
  • 5+ years PQE (engineering, law, business or technology qualification)

Senior Strategist - Intangible Assets

 Components of the role include:

  • Providing advice to clients in relation to the strategy, risk, value and commercialization of their intangible assets
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for clients or new prospects including the delivery of strategy building workshops with clients
  • Building relationships with prospective clients, understanding the needs of a client organization and “closing the deal”
  • Developing solutions, preparing and writing reports and developing on-going client interface opportunities. The ability to develop and maintain client relationships is paramount to this position.
  • Being able to manage multiple projects with difficult deadlines

Operations Manager

Providing operational leverage to the senior management team and the broader EverEdge Global teams, the Operations Director role will be a key contributor to the direction and performance of the firm by providing exceptional management across all operational, client project flows and company reporting matters for all three of EverEdge’s offices.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for revamping and designing the firm’s internal process and reporting work-flows. This role will work closely with the CEO, country managing directors and the CFO.  It will also help to identify growth areas, company cost-saving opportunities and efficiency practices.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the information and reporting flows for sales, product delivery and support functions. These currently include, but are not limited to, Sales, Project Delivery, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology and Office Services. As the team grows it is anticipated that the Operations Manager will also become responsible for designing and overseeing an improved human resource function to meet EverEdge’s growth needs.

The ideal candidate will have either:

  • Managerial experience within a management consulting (preferred) or professional services environment (2-5 years preferred); or
  • Experience in a corporate environment that is recognised for having best-in-class approaches to operational and managerial excellence

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Creating company workflows for information capture and reporting
  • Provide project controller responsibilities to ensure projects are tracking on time and within budget
  • Primary oversight on reporting and measurement of the delivery and profitability of projects and staff
  • Design a system to oversee quality control of projects including collection of client NPS scoring information
  • Report preparation including Weekly Internal Project Status Reports, Project Wrap Up Reports, and personnel utilization reports.
  • Refine and improve business processes, including documenting SOPs, capturing workflows and conducting feasibility assessments of business automation and IT systems and tools
  • Continually assessing resource needs in light of business results and activities and adjusting to achieve financial targets.
  • Work with Sales and Delivery teams to implement effective pipeline and Work In Progress management processes to enhance revenue planning and forecasting
