MBA-qualified, Belinda worked with News Ltd in Melbourne, before joining Fox Studios Australia in Sydney as its tenth employee where she managed corporate recruitment for four years (with 100% retention) until Fox grew to 800 employees.
Belinda consulted to Sydney Airport during the 2000 Olympics, then designed HR systems at Frucor Beverages as it established a distribution network across Australia and grew by 60 employees overnight. Belinda managed a complex people and culture merge of Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo, under Ford, before creating the HR function for ParaQuad NSW, a not-for-profit, which significantly improved employee engagement and customer service levels.
While in London, Belinda consulted to The Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s UK institutional bank before joining McArthurGlen as Learning and Development Manager to cover 13 designer retail outlets across the UK, France, Austria, Netherlands and Italy. Belinda’s innovative three-tier management development programme led to new revenue streams and improved employee retention and engagement. Belinda designed customer service e-learning for 13,000 employees in five languages along with bespoke Microsoft training delivered across the UK on a converted bus to improve both efficiency and productivity.
In Auckland, Belinda worked with a Microsoft Dynamics consultancy before consulting to EverEdge Global in Sydney. In Melbourne, Belinda consulted in the Big Data space before finding the perfect home at EverEdge.
