Certifcation

Certifications are clear and verifiable evidence of a corporation’s ability to meet an established criteria, whether that be skills, knowledge, processes or product quality. Certifications range from professional qualifications to system approvals. Depending on the nature of the certification, the third-party assessment of a company’s operations may include examinations, audits, inspections, demonstrations of competence or evidence of compliance. Certifications can be valuable intangible assets because they serve as a stamp of approval from industry experts or professional bodies and confer credibility and trust to individuals, organisations or products.. Badges or certificates displayed on marketing materials, websites or packaging signal to customers that the business follows best practices and therefore creates a competitive advantage.
